❄️ Steps below! ⬇️

1- use a needle tool to draw your snowflake using tiny dabs of white liquid polymer clay (I used Sculpey’s). Don’t do it on a white tile - I did this at first but you can’t see anything 😅. A colored tile is much easier. Practice will allow you to go gradually smaller until you can make them teenie tiny!

2- bake on the tile at your usual polymer clay oven temperature (covered) for 15 minutes or so. I baked them at 120 degrees celsius.

3- let it cool completely before very gently removing with a blade. Tadaa! Ready to use in whatever project you like. I cut out a space for a window on the front of my miniature clay gingerbread house and placed the snowflake in that space (making sure it was stuck to the tile). Then I covered it in translucent liquid clay and baked again. But you can also stick it directly to something else! (It also sticks nicely to your nails for some diy nail art 🤩)

It reminded me a lot of window color, which I used to play with as a child! But then muuuuch smaller haha.

You may have already spotted it on TV if you watched Eigen Huis en Tuin: Lekker Leven (Dutch tv show I was on) last month 😍.

This cane took 3 tries to make the way I wanted. The first two turned out terrible 🤣. Maybe I’ll show those in my stories sometime haha. Also if anyone can guess the plant that inspired this cane I will be super impressed! 🪴🤓

Yes you read that right: the pilea plants with the black baskets are also being released! These are a limited edition and will not be coming back to the shop (a different pilea plant design will take their place 💚).

Release date for this year’s tiny polymer clay gingerbread houses will be next Wednesday, November 8th at 15:00 CET (time in the Netherlands)! They’re handmade and take foreverrrr, so only a limited number are available - be quick if you want an one as an ornament or a necklace!

This years design features mini snowflakes and the super popular candy canes, icicles, and gumdrops from previous designs 🤩❄️.

Pancake plant appreciation post 🤩. The first plant to inspire two designs! Swipe to compare them ➡️.

The one with the black basket came first, but even I had to admit they may be a little too small 😅. They’re about the size of a marble (basket and leaves in all 🔍). The new ones (with the beige basket) are still small but have a little more room to breathe.

The tinier black ones will be released as a limited edition (hopefully this year!) for those who love how tiny they are! The beige ones will be available some time next year because I haven’t had the time to make enough pairs yet.

Also working on the gingerbread release, which I’m hoping to do this month! (The sooner the better but I haven’t finished making them even though I did most of the prep in August 😅). I’m hoping to combine this with the black pilea version but have to see if that’s doable 🤞.

Alright that’s enough from me, back to making!! 🥰😅

(English below) Vanavond kun je mij deze oorbellen zien maken in Eigen Huis en Tuin: Lekker Leven!! Ik vond het ongelofelijk spannend om te doen maar ben trots dat ik het ondanks die spanning toch heb gedaan 💪.

Het item is véél te kort om het hele maakproces te laten zien (1,5 uur werk in 5 minuten, best een uitdaging 😅) maar toch is het een leuk kijkje achter de schermen!

De uitzending is vanavond om 17:00 op RTL4 - kijk je mee?! Ik kijk zo 🫣 want ik ben te verlegen om dit niet super ongemakkelijk te vinden 😂😂.

Als je meekijkt zie je mogelijk ook nieuwe plantjes die nog niet op insta staan! 🪴💚

English: I’m going to be making these earrings on TV tonight in the program Eigen Huis en Tuin: Lekker Leven!! (A Dutch lifestyle show about cooking, gardening, interior design, and hobbies). I was suuper anxious but I’m proud of myself for doing it anyway 💪.

I’m not sure you can watch it outside of the Netherlands but it will be on RTL4 today at 17:00. I will be watching like this 🫣 because I’m shy and I find this all very uncomfortable 😂😂.
