I am committed to making Claymeleon a positive and uplifting shopping experience! If you have any complaints, please use the Contact Page to let me know. I will get back to you as soon as possible (at least within 7 days). I’m sure we can work it out together!
If, however, you are unhappy with the handling of your complaint, you can submit your complaint to the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Commission (in place since 15 February 2016).
