Order Processing

Dutch orders are usually mailed on the next working day, or at the latest within 3 working days (for example, a plant restock or new release may take a few days because of the large number of orders).

International orders are shipped within a week from your order. I will try my best to go to the post office asap to send out your order, but I am not able to go there every day. You will receive an email when your order has been packed and when it has been dropped off at the post office.

If your order contains any custom items or customizations, your order will take up to two weeks to be shipped out. This only applies to custom orders that have been agreed upon via email or DM.


Shipping within the Netherlands 

Items are shipped with PostNL in mailbox parcels, so you do not need to be home to receive them. Generally, mailbox packages arrive within 1-2 working days after shipping.

International Shipping


Approximate prices for international shipping can be find below. You can find out the exact shipping cost to your address using the calculator in the cart.

Countries I currently ship to are all EU countries, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Japan, India, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, and USA.

*Shipping costs to Ireland increased to €8.25 in 2024 and is therefore an exception.

If I haven’t activated shipping to your country, you can Contact me to request your country. Unfortunately, the UK is not possible because of tax laws – sorry!


Combined shipping

If you have placed two orders consecutively and wish to have them combined into one package, please contact me right after your second order (just reply to the order confirmation email). Include both of your order numbers in your message so I can easily combine your orders. Obviously both orders must go to the same shipping address.

During new releases and plant restocks, I will usually have a free shipping code on the ‘Thank you for your order’ page – please use this for your second order so that you do not have to pay for shipping twice.

This will help on plant restocks and releasese if you want to check out quickly, and then want to add something else from the shop. In other cases, please try to order everything you want in one go as it saves admin work and processing costs :).


International Delivery Times & disclaimer

An estimate of current delivery times can be found here on the website of PostNL. 

From recent experience, please expect at least 3 weeks of shipping time for orders outside of the EU. There are currently delays in international shipping, so your package may take longer than usual to arrive.

If you are outside of the EU, you may be charged customs tax for your package upon arrival. Claymeleon is not responsible for any delays due to customs and any customs and import taxes or charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer. Claymeleon will not be held liable for orders seized by customs due to unpaid taxes.

Claymeleon is not responsible for packages lost by the mail carrier.



If you wish to return your product, let me know through the Return Form within 30 days of delivery. You then have 30 days to return the product to me in its original condition and packaging.

Since I run a small handmade business, I unfortunately cannot offer free return shipping. Theses costs are to be paid by the customer.

Because they have been made specifically for you, returns cannot be accepted for custom orders.

If everything is in order you will receive your refund on the same bank account you used for payment after the item has been received by Claymeleon. If the items you return are damaged, I have the right to deduct the loss in value from the refund.
